Before anything is built, every room gets a board of the real timber, stone, fabric, paint and metal. You hold it in daylight, swap what you do not love, and sign off the board, not a screen.

How a project runs

After the keys

Every handover carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.

A home takes 8 to 12 weeks from design approval to handover; larger projects and full renovations take 14 to 20. If something we built goes wrong in the first year, we come back and fix it.
